Women in Bike Shops

I am sending out a call for all women who work (or have worked) at a bike bike shop.

Women who also own bike shops are welcome as well!

Whatever your position is (mechanic, sales, owner, etc.) I would love to get in contact with you for an interview or guest post!

Women working in any shape or form at a bike shop seems to be a rarity. Specialized recently sent out a survey that asked some questions as to why one would or wouldn't work at a shop. I must admit, the survey was a little lackluster with the questions asked. 

I feel this would be a great feature and bring about positive recognition for the women who are going forth and working in a male-dominated industry!
